Initial language selection is based on your web browser preferences.
On a locked device, the browser will access only sites that have been recommended by LearnPad or chosen by you. When a device is unlocked in Teacher mode, there are no browsing restrictions.
If there are pages that you’d like students to access within a recommended or selected site, you can ‘whitelist’ the relevant addresses on the Resource page within the
ClassConnect portal. This safeguard means your students see only what you want them to see and nothing else.
