Via Della Conciliazione, Rome, is a 500-metre long road, which connects Saint Peter's Square to the Castel Sant'Angelo on the western bank of the Tiber River towards St Peter's Basilica. The road, constructed between 1936 and 1950, is a major hub of central Rome and boasts lots of traditional buildings, such as churches and palaces, as well as plenty of modern additions, such as shops and restaurants.
