Mennesket ved Havet (Man by the Sea) is a 9 meter high sculpture near Esbjerg, Denmark.
The sculpture was made by a Danish artist called Svend Wiig Hansenand is inspired by the monoliths of the Easter Island. These large figures can be seen by boats as the enter and leave the harbour.
