Description

Symphonic Sculpture was created in 1975 by French stained glass artist Gabriel Loire. This tower measures 18 meters tall and is constructed of stained glass formed from 2 to 3-cm thick glass fragments that were broken with a mallet. The light from outside penetrates to create a beautiful, extraordinary world. Visitors can climb up the spiral staircase to look out on The Hakone Open-Air Museum, Japan, and the mountains of Hakone.
