Take a trip to the surface of Mars with Curiosity Rover - NASA's car-sized rover module designed to explore the Gale crater on the red planet. Launched in 2011, Curiosity's mission included an investigation of the martian climate and geology, an assessment of the possibility of microbial life and the availability of water.
At the time of writing the rover is still operational and as of January 15 2020 Curiosity has been exploring mars for 2718 days.
