by Avantis World
This resource is only available as part of a pack

Description

This scene takes the form of a tropical rainforest, an amazingly rich and diverse habitat that is sadly under threat in many parts of the world. Tropical rainforests are found in the regions of the world we call the tropics: bands surrounding the equator, where large amounts of sunlight hit the earth and the climate is generally hot and wet. The tropics also contain many other habitats, but rainforests are special because they are amazingly biodiverse: this means they contain many millions of plant and animal species.
