This house was built in the 19th century, when it housed the district zemstvo and the Mariinsky School. Nowadays, it has been given the status of a cultural heritage site. In 2015, it survived a fire, after which it stood charred and empty for a long time. They decided to completely dismantle the building and rebuild it, and open a new small stage for the Youth Theatre in the new building. *** Пермь. Ул. Пермская. Игра в Классики. Этот дом был построен ещё в XIX веке, тогда в нём размещалось уездное земство и Мариинское училище. В наше время ему присвоили статус объекта культурного наследия. В 2015 году оно пережило пожар, после чего долго стояло обугленным и пустым. Здание решили полностью демонтировать и заново отстроить, а в новом здании открыть новую малую сцену ТЮЗа.
