This scene transports students to a mysterious island tasked with following a trail of homophone clues hidden throughout the ancient city ruins.

# What is a homophone?{.objective .objective1}

Encourage students to read through the scene guidance which provides a definition and examples of homophones. Homophones are words that sound the same but have different meanings and spellings.

# Clues{.objective .objective2}

Around the island are characters and objects which need labelling with the correct spelling. Students are tasked with identifying the correct spellings and moving the word into the accompanying snap box in the scene.
