Cruising along the Alleppey canals (Kerala Backwaters) in a small rowing boat, checking out the village life is a very relaxing experience. Mostly women are along its banks doing laundry, but there are a few enjoying fishing and going along the walkway paths along the canal's banks. From time to time there are kids yelling hello to you and swimming too.
