Set on the east side of the Hudson River, about 90 minutes north of New York City, is The Culinary Institute of America, a world famous college. Students from around the world are trained here by established world-class chefs and go on to head some of the best restaurants everywhere. In this classroom setting, Freshman students are trained on the building blocks of cooking.
