Taken at Tarpeian rock lookout the Jamison valley covered in low and high cloud, mount Solitary covered in cloud alite by the sun breaking thru the clouds and views of the surrounding bush, on a rainy day taken 6 November 2017 at 8 AM. The cloud and mist formation is due to the condensing of water vapor that has built up in the atmosphere. When water droplets become heavy enough, they will precipitate as rain.
