Description

Poor holding of a computer mouse, as well as a monotonous hand strain when used, can cause serious health problems. Typical and most common diseases in this group include tendinitis, tennis or golf elbow, or elbow tunnel syndrome. Wound tunnel syndrome is the most common disorder in the area. It is caused by constant pressure on the central nerve (poor movement stereotypes - as in the previous cases) and accompanied by swelling of the soft parts in the wrist.
