RNA Base Complementarity C≡G in RNA

by Corinth

Description

Nitrogen bases can be coupled with hydrogen bonds. The bases that will pair each other are due to their complementarity: guanine fuses with the cytosine in DNA and RNA to form three hydrogen bonds C≡G. This complementary base pairing allows base pairs to adopt the most energy-stable conformation within a double helix.
