Argentinosaurus Dinosaur Skeleton

by ClassVR

Description

Argentinosaurus are believed to be the largest land animals that humans have found. However, their exact size is difficult to determine because no complete fossils have been found. Scientists have examined their fossilized remains and believe they used their long necks to help them forage. Hatchlings would have taken around 15 years to mature and, in that time, would have been extremely vulnerable to predators.

Scientists believe that because of their teeth, they would have been herbivores, using them to strip vegetation from branches.
